Taking a regular shower is very important for good health. This especially helps the skin. The skin is a very important respiratory organ as helps remove some dirt from the body through sweat. As the skin perspirates, some dirt gets clogged in the skin pores blocking them. This prevents the skin from carrying out its functions well. If some waste is not removed from the body, it does no good to the body. All it does is to poison the body cells. This prevents proper health and can cause cell diseases apart from the skin diseases caused by lack of taking a good shower.
