Taking a lot of water

Water helps proper body health. Water has several functions in the body. Firstly, it helps in the digestion of food during the digestion process. When water is not enough, food digestion becomes a problem and one finds that he is not getting proper ingredients in the body and hence bad health. Secondly, water helps in the perspiration process where the body wastes are removed from the body. For the skin to remove sweat it needs water, for one to urinate water facilitates the process and therefore it is important that one takes a lot of water so that he can remove waste from the body and avoid dirt accumulation which causes diseases hence poor helath.
