Avoid Smoking

Definitely cigarette smoking is very harmful to one’s health. Ever since the 1960,s when the Surgeon General did announce that smoking was harmful to ones health, many people have been reducing their consumption of tobacco products which kill. Just recently, there has been a tremendous increase in the consumption of tobacco among the adolescents and teens. Well, tobacco has been found to contain harmful substances like nicotine which damage some body organs like the liver and the lungs. Continuous consumption of this substance can cause some serious diseases like cancer which as everyone knows can not be easily treated. It also causes malfunctioning of the brain cells a condition which is very dangerous.
