Flossing of the Teeth

dentalfloss
Recent studies as well as research have found out that there is a close connection between living for a longer period and the flossing of the teeth. But the most interesting thing about it is that nobody knows exactly why this is so. There is only a hypothesis which tries to explain this. Many people claim that people who floss their teeth tend to be a bit more health conscious than those who do not. They are therefore more likely to observe health regulations. It is also the advice of health experts for people to floss their teeth in order to improve their health. If people are doing it and it is working for them, why not try it?

Regular Hand Washing

washing-hands
How often do you wash your hands? Well, regular washing of hands should not be limited to only when eating or after using the bathroom.  Every time you enter the house after a long day’s work or after visiting the supermarket or your neighbor, wash your hands with soap and water and rinse them thoroughly.  Regular washing of hands will ensure that any germs that have been passed on surfaces and by people do not get into the house. It is especially important to wash after using the toilet or before having a meal.
