Get some sun shine

This is very helpful to both children and adults. The does contain some important nutrients which are very vital for the well being of the skin. And this nutrient is vitamin D. vitamin D as we all know helps in the prevention of the skin from rickets. Therefore it is always advisable for people to be exposed to the sun for some good amount of time preferably half an hour daily. Apart from helping in preventing rickets it also revives the body.
But too much exposure to the sun is not advisable as well. It may cause skin burns, so take care and give yourself some natural vitamins.
Have light moments

Light moments are usually good for one’s health. It is alleged that one uses less muscles to laugh than the ones he uses to smile. If one feels depressed or sad, immediately he is advised to look for friend other at the work place or even online to talk. Talking does not necessarily mean telling him his problems but he can just talk about general life issues. If he can afford jokes the better because they do help in releasing stress. Some times staying alone makes an individual get stressed for no apparent reason; it is always advisable for one to be in the company of other people. Trust me it is crucial.
Start the day with a walk

Start your day off with a 20 minute walk. When one goes to sleep it is like the body muscles tend to relax and are not in the mood of working. Therefore, it is always important that when one wakes up in the morning he does some exercise like walking which will help to put the body in the mood of working. This is very important because it helps in blood flow in the body. The heart should be given enough energy so that it can pump fresh blood to other parts of the body. This helps to keep one fit and fend off some small infections like flu.
Take a bike ride

One should buy an odometer or speedometer for his bike. Then he should go for a bike ride around two in the afternoon almost each day as time allows. It will just give him a “second-wind” for the day that he needs so much. More advisable is for one to challenge himself to go a little bit further and a little bit faster each day. This will just stretch his muscles and will help him to relax more.
After this, one should go for a shower. This will help the body as well as the mind to relax. This is very important for one’s health.
Taking control of one self

If one is addicted to IMing, RSS reading, porn, shoe shopping , movie watching, music searching or whatever else that dominates one’s , he should just say enough is enough and take back the control of his life. Addictions of any kind are not good for the health of anybody. It is quite obvious that a healthy person exercises full control over him or herself. Take an example of people who are obsessed with sports. You find that an individual cannot eat because may be his favorite team loosed in a match or maybe his rally driver did not win the Dakar championship. This is not healthy, it may end causing personal body harm.
Try to break old unhealthy habits

For guys, one should challenge himself to work on the beer gut daily for ten minutes and ensure that he sticks with it. Just deciding is not enough; he should take that challenge as seriously as he takes his latest internet project or even his fantasy football team. For girls, one should challenge herself to work on the cellulite areas. That challenge should be taken as seriously as she takes her latest internet project or her desire to get her 101st handbag. These resolutions applied zealously will help an individual to improve on her health. Follow them and the difference will be evident.
Work on enjoyable projects

The mental health of any individual demands that he works on projects that he enjoys and that give him an opportunity to show creativity. If one finds himself bogged down in meaningless as well as tedious work, then the alarm has been sounded. He should start taking the steps to transition into healthy, rewarding work by creating time daily so as he can pursue his own interests (rather than those of his boss – even if one’s boss in an alter-ego of himself). This will help one find satisfaction and joy in his daily life which are important for the health of an individual.
Regulate alcohol intake

It is very advisable that one does not drink alcohol after seven pm. Taking alcohol after this time can not only prevent one from sleeping very well, but it can give birth to more carb-based weight gain. Or worse still one might wake up the next day having a very bad headache.
In fact one should challenge himself to save alcohol as well as desserts only on the weekends. This will give one’s body enough space so that he can concentrate on more important issues of life. Also, one’s body will feel much more stable in mid week if he keeps it toxic free.
Minimizing junk food

One should endeavor to minimize the intake of processed breads as well as carbs. Junk food does help in anybody’s health instead it increases a lot waste in the body. Instead one should Keep a healthy stash of nuts as well as fruits (grapes and walnuts do form a great snack) for him to satisfy his snack cravings. Also, during relaxing hours it is advisable that one takes fruit salads and juices. They increase the amount of water in the body apart from making sure blood flow in the body is smooth. One should just minimize junk food if he can not do away with it completely.
Detoxing one’s body for sometime

It is advised that one should try detoxing his body for like a week. Some health experts do say that when they are feeling really bad physically, they only apply two principles:
A) They drink a lot of water. As I mentioned earlier water is very important in the body of an individual. Apart from that it also helps in the relaxation of the muscles and tissues which reduces stress in ones body
B) They eat nothing but fruits, vegetables as well as nuts. Foods that provide vitamins in the body are very important in the health of an individual. Apart from protecting against diseases, they also help in the health of the skin.
