Sit and walk comfortably

Some body deformities do come about as a result of sitting in poor positions. Poor sitting positions can contribute to deformed physiques which may impair with the proper working of other body parts. Therefore, one should find a seat which is not bending and is as well comfortable. This will reduce unnecessary deformities to the body.
Also, one should wear shoes which are in good condition and that fit him comfortably, if one wears shoes that do not fit him comfortably; he increases the chances of getting hut and even contracting germs like those of tetanus. Also, it reduces the chances of one getting minor injuries incase he is running.

Sometimes it is just damn not motivating doing things alone. One needs some company and motivation. Therefore, it is good for one to find an exercise partner who will help stay focused as well as motivated. I can not over emphasize on the importance of exercise here for I have covered it enough times. Finding an exercise partner is good because it also helps when doing some exercises like stretching which one can not do alone and are very essential. But if worse comes to worse and one finds that he can not find an exercise partner, then he can choose to motivate himself. This can be done through a habit forming stage with a handsomely enticing reward like buying oneself a good phone or treating himself to a good meal in a nice restaurant.
Start the day with a walk

Start your day off with a 20 minute walk. When one goes to sleep it is like the body muscles tend to relax and are not in the mood of working. Therefore, it is always important that when one wakes up in the morning he does some exercise like walking which will help to put the body in the mood of working. This is very important because it helps in blood flow in the body. The heart should be given enough energy so that it can pump fresh blood to other parts of the body. This helps to keep one fit and fend off some small infections like flu.
Take a bike ride

One should buy an odometer or speedometer for his bike. Then he should go for a bike ride around two in the afternoon almost each day as time allows. It will just give him a “second-wind” for the day that he needs so much. More advisable is for one to challenge himself to go a little bit further and a little bit faster each day. This will just stretch his muscles and will help him to relax more.
After this, one should go for a shower. This will help the body as well as the mind to relax. This is very important for one’s health.
Exercise

Good and regular exercise is very important for the proper functioning of the body. Exercise is important because it helps the heart to beat faster. As it does so, it pumps fresh blood to various body parts and thus they get fresh energy. Exercise can be achieved in various ways; through daily jogging, joining a sports club so that one get to play very often, or even taking a daily walk. Exercise also helps to burn the cholesterol which accumulates around the heart. It is this cholesterol that causes heart failure; therefore it is always good to get rid of it by doing physical exercise.
What kind of Exercises do you engage in?

Many people love running or doing aerobic dancing. However, for people with bad backs, weak knees and ankles, these exercises could be hazardous. Most people should not be running and they do not realize this until after the fact. A medical consultant agreed by saying, “Running is tough on the body, but it is not as bad as the jumping steps in high-speed aerobic dance. Swimming, bicycling and walking are much better.” For these reasons, the gentler exercises—walking for fitness and low-impact or nonimpact aerobics—are gaining popularity among the health-conscious population.
